| About a kid named Elliot who gets sent to Japan because of his bad grades ( math: f, language arts: f, science: f, social studies: f ). He was to be tutored by a super-genius who has agreed to tutoring the all time bonehead and the classic line: “It all started with a moron.” The super-genius, Tensu has built a robot girl that looks like a 14-year-old. After all, what good is a webcomic without a robot girl. Next door lives a girl that sleeps outside on the roof, like Elliot. Her name is Kino a strange one at that.
